Achievement Planning Raising the Bar: Year 1 Achievement Planning
The Center for Data-Driven Reform in Education (CDDRE) provides instruction in, modeling of, and coaching on data analysis and achievement planning for clusters of district schools through its Raising the Bar services. These analysis and planning services include identification of:
school goals and targets;
root-cause leverage points;
research-proven solutions aligned with identified needs;
an appropriate achievement plan that includes professional development and coaching;
formative measures for monitoring progress.
Analysis and planning are carried out with district and school leadership teams in collaboration with consultant staff. A year of Raising the Bar services might be structured as outlined below.
